Description

Rosemary, a perennial aromatic woody shrub, whose leaves resemble a pine. The leaves are used as a flavor in foods such as stuffings, grilled lamb, chicken and turkey. It grows in warmer areas, so the Mediterranean and Asia were native, but may be present in cold weather areas and have high drought tolerance and prolonged water shortages with an average length of 1.5 meters (5 feet) to 2.
